To achieve these goals, 3PL companies have been adopting different technologies to innovate in several areas, especially on the last mile, according to the 2016 20th Annual Third Party Logistics Study (sponsored by Penn State University, Capgemini Consulting, Penske Logistics, Korn Ferry International, and Industry Week).
