01. What is the GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the European Union’s legal framework governing the collection and processing of users’ personal data.
The GDPR came into force on May 25, 2018, and applies to all entities based in an EU country that process personal data, as well as to all entities worldwide that process personal data belonging to EU residents.
02. What is personal data?
Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, ID number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
03. What personal data does DRIVIN store and how is it processed?
Individuals who contact us through various search or data collection channels are expressly asked to consent to the storage of their personal information, such as name, email address, and employment details.

04. What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
- Information requests or demonstrations: The legal basis for processing your data is informed consent to respond to inquiries made through the website.
- Marketing: The legitimate basis for processing your data for marketing purposes is either your given consent or our legitimate interest in maintaining contact with our clients to offer services or products.
- Social media: The legal basis is informed consent to respond to queries raised through our social media channels, as well as when you subscribe, follow, and/or wish to be part of our contact list.
- Usability and quality analysis (Cookies): User consent for the implementation of cookies.
- DRIVIN APP: The legal basis is the service agreement, contract, or purchase order that initiates the contractual relationship, under which informed consent for processing is granted.
- DRIVIN API: The legal basis is informed consent to address CLIENTS’ needs for integration with our platform.

07. What rights do users have regarding their data?
Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, restrict processing, and request data portability.
These rights can be exercised by submitting a request to contacto@driv.in.
08. Privacy Policy
As part of our ongoing improvements to data protection systems, we may modify our Privacy Policy, which will be communicated through various channels on our website. Any significant change will be notified via email to our USERS and CLIENTS, allowing them to review and assess the modifications.
